Each memo has three layers. In Brief gives you the whole case in 200 words. The narrative reconstructs what leadership saw at the time, the options on the table, and what they chose. The framework closes with a Decision Score from 1 to 10, the cues that were visible before the outcome, and three questions to apply to your own decisions on Monday.
